Titles can be obtained in Rusty Hearts. In item form, they are listed under Consumables in your inventory and can not be traded. Once the item is consumed, a title can be equipped from the Titles tab in your Character Info window, gaining its listed effect. They show up in a golden color above the player's name.
There are two types of Titles available: normal and special. Normal titles are gained through NPC quests and are usable for an unlimited amount of time while Special titles can only be used for a limited amount of time before being deleted.
